At Veloura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in their original condition. To start a refund, just email us at info@veloura.store with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
